Booking and cancellation policies

BOOKING POLICY

A $50 deposit is required at time of booking for any therapy/reading, this is to ensure you hold your date/time.

48 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY

48 hours notice prior to your scheduled appointment must be given to cancel your appointment or you will be charged in full for your scheduled session. 

Rescheduled appointments with less than 48 hour notice must be rescheduled for the same day to save that session, as long as there is no conflict with other bookings.

This policy not only gives you an incentive not to miss your session, but also protects the practitioner as the facility must be paid by the practitioner for “no-shows”. 

Repeated Cancellations or rescheduling of an appointment will result in you being charged a 'Cancellation Fee' this is at the managements discretion.

No Shows are charged at Full price, these are not amendable after the 24 hour time bracket has passed as it is an automated system.

If for any reason except forces beyond our control, like health and safety reasons or weather we cannot fulfil our agreed services you will be offered $20.00 discount on the rescheduled service as we are at fault.
